About LITA's
Isabel Duarte, founder of Lita’s Project Coordinators Inc., is no stranger to multi-tasking, organizational details and initiating production requirements. Twenty-five years in a family restaurant business led to a career in project management in the facility services industry. After six years, Isabel’s entrepreneurial spirit had her starting her own business and Lita’s Project Coordinators Inc. was born.
Isabel wanted to involve trades that were great at specific skills with quality in mind, not quantity. Isabel started selling her idea to different trades that met her expectations. Isabel can be a demanding project coordinator and expects service providers do the job right and has little time for excuses. Lita’s currently has a network of highly trained service industry specialists that meet Isabel’s standards and can be called in on a moments notice.
Isabel has executed many commercial projects such as offices, plants, manufacturing, Insurance offices and occasionally a few residential.
Work can range from small handyman jobs such as installing shelves, pictures and white boards to carpet cleaning, janitorial services, water damages/fire clean-up, sewer backs, moving, plumbing, electrical and construction clean-ups.
Isabel is innovative, practical, creative and resourceful when it comes to difficult challenges, typically facing problems head on. She is great at working with other trades as well as her own teams, focusing on getting the job done, getting it done right and offering a result that is pleasing to the client. Her expertise extends not only to dealing with large complex situations, but also the simplest minor requests from clients, which sometimes can be the most challenging to get resolved. Clients will contact Isabel from something simple as replacing the bottom rubber of a door holder to carpet cleaning, painting or post project clean-ups. Isabel has the same care to detail whether a project is big or small and will make sure that the client is looked after.
